Roasted Garlic Flowers

I know of fresh garlic greens and have cooked with those before. Never thought of garlic flowers!
If you ever find garlic flowers at farmers market or a local store, buy them. They are mildly garlic flavored and delicious. Worth trying!

Garlic is easy to grow. So, if you have some space or a pot to spare, throw some garlic pods (tapering side up) and keep it is a sunny spot. Fresh green garlic ready in few days!

You could let the garlic reach its flowering stage to enjoy its stalk too!
This is what I found at farmers market!

Wash and lay them on a cookie sheet. Drizzle olive oil and sprinkle some salt. Oven roast in 375 F oven for 10-15 minutes.

Another creation from my clay class. Wood textured platter.

Glossy glazed. Ready to use!

Serve with Pasta and Garlic Bread :)
